Lewis' Progress- Special message from Lewis-
Wednesday 21st February
Today I attempted to swim across a 50km channel between 2 large atolls. A light wind developed into a fairly stiff wind, to put it mildly.
I am trying to swim westwards and I ended up being blown about 20km off course. I was pushed southwards. It may not be possible to counter this wind - as stronger winds are expected tomorrow.
So I write to let you know that I will crack on tomorrow but I may end up heading even further south and even further from my destination ... it's impossible to tell.
